Sweet Onion Kielbasa 1 lb Kielbasa sausage 1 small onion, chopped 2 T butter 12 oz can beer (dark) 1/3 cup honey 2-3 T spicy brown or Dijon Mustard pepper or chili powder Prep time 5 min, cooking time 25 min Slice kielbase into 1/2 inch medallions. Saute onion in butter until transparent (3-5 min). In large skillet, bring 1/2 can beer to slow boil and add kielbasa. Cook until beer reduced by half, add remaining 1/2 can beer, honey, mustard, and spices to taste. Simmer 5 min or til thick. Stir in onions. 4-6 appetizer servings.
