For dumplings 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons half-and-half fluffier w. 1 c flour 1T baking powder 5/8 c half and half 6 dumplings Mix, spoon 12 dumplings on top of chicken/ turkey, cook covered 12 minutes. Done when toothpick in dumplings comes out clean.
