1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened 2 T milk 1 c chopped pecans, toasted 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened 4 oz camembert or brie 4 oz blue cheese 1 c shredded swiss cheese Line a lightly greased 8-inch round cakepan with plastic wrap; set aside. Combine 1 pkg cream cheese and milk in a mixing bowl; beat at medium until smooth. Spread mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans. Cover and chill. Combine remaining chream chese, cambembert, blue, and swiss cheese, blend. Spoon mixture over pecan layer, spreading to edge of pan. Cover and chill at least 4 hours up to one week. To serve, invert over serving plate; carefully remove plastic wrap.
